I cannot say enough amazing praise about Nathan. I’m so used to contractors coming out and giving the least effort in taking the most money they possibly can and this is 100% not the experience I had with Nathan. He not only put an extra effort today at my shop in Beech Grove, but he had an opportunity to charge me for two services and he went the extra mile and then did not even charge me for the second one! I have NEVER had a contractor do this!! I was blown away. He saved me money from the original quote from another roofer, and he took the time to explain to my management company that is paying for issues to be fixed! Thank you so much! Definitely a 5 Star!!!

Mark Sopke came out to give me an estimate and was very honest and professional. Told me my potential leak was not roofing but another area that needed repair. Did not try to sell me a repair that would not fix my issue, was honest and upfront, even gave me suggestions for the repair he recommended to start with. Polite, punctual and honest!

I had Kevin inspect my roof. I was not having issues with the roof, however, the roof is 17 years old and I wanted it checked out. Kevin was honest and told me I had minimal hail damage, but he did not recommend replacement at this time. I appreciate that he didn't have any high pressure sales pitch. He also showed up on time for the appointment and was respectful of my time and my property. I will be calling Indy Roof & Restoration when I need my next inspection/replacement. I highly recommend Indy Roof & Restoration!

Brian did our roof inspection and gave us a very honest opinion about our chances if our insurance would cover much if any of the repair. Based on our discussions we chose to go the retail estimate. After fighting a 160 year old slate roof on a home that was originally built by my great great grandfather it was time to stop trying to repair and have it replaced. We called Kevin Hicks with Indy Roof & Restoration to see what he would recommend for us. This is a difficult large home that includes a flat area for a widows walk. His knowledge and expertise made us feel very confident that this was the company to trust this job to. We’re very pleased with the outcome. The custom gutters, shingles and the flat roof are beautiful. The crew was very polite and did a great job of protecting and cleaning our property. Would highly recommend this company. We had a contractor screw us out of $7200 and Aaron and another man came to our rescue and is fixing the house. Will update with pictures later but very awesome guy and very responsive.

Indy Roof Co was amazing! Great work and done in just four hours. Complete tear off, decking redone, ridge vent installed and all new shingles. Gutters to be done next week.
